You have 60 days from the date you sign-up or the date the course goes live (whichever is later) to request your money back. We just ask that you provide us some feedback on what we could have improved upon to make your experience better so that we can make the content even better for the next set of attendees.
Money back guarantee only applies to the Online Course. If you signed up for Coaching, you will be refunded for any unused coaching sessions and the cost of the online course at the time of purchase.

The course content will be delivered completely online through our Learning Hub. The content is a combination of Text, Video, Worksheets, and Playbooks that you can access anytime during your membership.

If you are a DIY type person who wants to go at your own pace and apply the course concepts to your business, we would recommend signing up for the Course Only option.
If you prefer having someone alongside you to ask questions and help you apply these concepts to your team and your business, we recommend the Course + Coaching option. We find individuals often have a much deeper experience with the coaching option. We like to use the golf analogy. There are hundreds of thousands of hours of free content on the internet to improve your golf swing. You could do it on your own if you want to. You will get much faster and much better results though if you hire a coach to help you through that process and apply the concepts to your individual swing.
